Basketball Fee and Player Agreement

1. Payment

• All fees must be paid in full at the time of registration through Bouncebasketball.co.nz.
• Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, or other available options.

2. Uniforms

• The program fee includes the use of a uniform for the season.
• Uniforms must be returned at the end of the season. If not returned, an $80 replacement fee will be invoiced/ charged. 

3. No Refunds

• All payments are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including missed sessions or withdrawal from the program.

4. Missed Sessions

• Fees cover the entire program. No credits will be given for missed sessions.

5. Late Payments

• Late payments may incur additional charges. Participation will be paused until fees are fully paid.

6. Confirmation

• A payment confirmation email will be sent once your registration is complete.

7. Agreement

• By paying the fee, you agree to follow program rules. Non-compliance may result in removal without a refund.

Players Code of Conduct

As a participant in Bounce Basketball, I agree to:

1. Respect Officials and Rules

   • Respect the officials' calls and the rules of PTB.
   • Accept and observe decisions made by officials, following any directions they provide.
   • If I disagree with a referee's call, I will respectfully ask the official to explain the call and inquire how I can adjust to avoid it happening again.

2. Respect Coaches

   • Always show respect to my coaches, understanding that they volunteer their time to help develop my skills and mindset.
   • Listen attentively to my coaches and follow their instructions.

3. Support Teammates

   • Be patient and understanding with my teammates, recognizing that everyone has different strengths and weaknesses.
   • Help my teammates grow as I would want the same opportunity for myself.

4. Abide by the Rules

   • Follow the rules of basketball and the guidelines set by Bounce Basketball.

5. Control Emotions

   • Avoid verbal abuse of officials or players, and do not deliberately provoke opponents or teammates.
   • Maintain emotional control and foster a positive environment.

6. Treat Others with Respect

   • Treat all players, teammates, and opponents as I would like to be treated.

7. Be Punctual

   • Arrive on time for training sessions and matches.

By signing up for Bounce Basketball, I agree to abide by the above Code of Conduct and understand that violations may result in consequences, including suspension or removal from the program.
